How do I book?

Fill out the inquiry form on the website to check our availability. We require a signed contract and 50% deposit of the proposal to secure the date.

 

How far out should I book my event?

We book weddings up to 1 year in advance.

 

What are your minimum requirements for on location weddings?

Booking Minimums & Seasonal Policy
During peak wedding season (March–May and September–November), we require a minimum of four services per artist. In the off-season, we’re happy to offer more flexibility with minimums.

For bride-only bookings or those with fewer than four services, an additional fee may apply.

Each bride is paired with her own dedicated hair and makeup artist. If you’d like to include services for friends or family, our team can accommodate any size bridal party with advance notice to ensure adequate staffing.

 

How should we prepare our hair and face for the event?

Clean DRY hair and a clean, moisturized face. Have inspiration pics ready for your artist.

 

What are your travel fees and how far do you travel?

Travel & Convenience Fee
We charge a $50 travel and convenience fee per artist to accommodate on-location services for the bride and bridal party. We proudly serve Austin and the surrounding areas.

For locations outside of the Austin area, an additional mileage fee may apply. This rate varies based on distance and location.

 

How far out should I schedule a trial?

We recommend within 2 months of the date to insure that your trial artist is your wedding day artist. 

 

What days are available for trials?

Trial Appointments
Our weekends are typically reserved for weddings, so trial appointments are held Monday–Thursday. However, weekend trials may be available depending on both the artist’s and client’s schedules. Availability is determined on a case-by-case basis.

 

Are trial runs required?

No, trial runs are an optional service. Choose day of packages if you do not need a trial.

How long does each service take?

The Bridal Deluxe Package is a 3 hour service where one artist is dedicated to just the bride. Based on the person, each bridal party service takes anywhere from 30-45 minutes. We like to book 45 minutes for each of these services to allow for wiggle room.

What if I don't know who all wants hair and makeup?

It's important to get an accurate head count from your bridal party in order for us to provide an accurate proposal and book our artists.  Once the contract is signed, numbers cannot be subtracted without penalty.

 

What forms of payments do you accept?

You can also pay via card through the portal booking system.

 

Can my bridal party pay for themselves individually?

We only accept one payment for the balance. If your bridal party  will be paying for their own services, please have them pay you.

 

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is always so appreciated, but we do not include any gratuity in your invoices. Please give any gratuity directly to your artists the day of the event.

 

What is your cancelation policy?

Final Totals & Payments
All totals are considered final one month prior to the wedding date. Additional services may be added if we have available artists and can accommodate them within the timeline.

Please note that if services are reduced after this point, you will be responsible for 100% of the canceled services as outlined in your contract. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

Getting ready location:

If your venue doesn't allow enough time for us in the bridal suite to get all services finished in time, you may need to choose a different getting ready location such as hotel or AirBnB.

 

Are lashes included?

YES! Lashes are included for all makeup services.  If you have a specific kind that you like, please bring those, and our artist will apply them for you. If someone just wants lashes and not makeup, a lashes only service is $20.
